1. Delivery in Romania

The products on the website www.aladyatelier.com are delivered in Romania by the fast courier company Cargus or SameDay. The delivery time is 1-2 days, according to the policy of the courier company. During discount periods and during the holidays, the delivery time may be extended.

The courier company we collaborate with makes deliveries from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00 to the address mentioned in the order. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. Once the product is placed under the responsibility of the courier company, ALadyAtelier does not assume any delays that may occur along the way.

For orders from Brașov, once the order is ready, we can meet at Coresi Shopping Center after a phone call.

The products on the website www.aladyatelier.com are delivered internationally through the Poșta Română company. The delivery time is estimated and lasts between 10-14 calendar days for the territory of the European Union and 14-21 days for the rest of the countries. During discount periods and during the holidays, the delivery time may be extended.

Return and Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Returns

If the order needs to be canceled before delivery, please contact us using the CONTACT section on the aladyatelier.com website. If the order has already been shipped, see the Return Policy section for more details.
Repeated return requests by the same customer are considered abuse.

  1. Return Policy
  • The maximum term for returning a purchased product is 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse the return only after the products have been checked and meet the return conditions.
  • If the return is resolved by refunding the product value, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by you. in the return message, no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
  • Return charges are borne by the customer. The customer can choose any courier company.

3. Any returned product must:

  • to show no signs of physical wear or damage.
  • to be delivered in the original box and with all labels attached;
  • packed in the protective film in which it was sent;

The return request must contain the following information and can be sent via a message from the CONTACT section on the website: first and last name, email address and phone number, order number, order date, product name, quantity, reason for return and bank account in which you want the refund of the amount.

We are not responsible for damaged products for which return / repair is requested after the legal term of 14 days in which the return request can be made. We are happy to be at your disposal by telephone support or message, in case of damaged product outside the 14-day period.
